WXY’s Extremely Unlikely but Totally Brilliant Brand Collaborations: Bira x Public Transport 

Independent retailers have been hard hit due to lockdown restrictions, and as a retail-loving indie creative consultancy, this collab was born out of love.

We’ve created a concept that shines a light on independent retailers to help boost footfall and awareness of the varied contributions they make to their local community and economy. 

WXY = Bira x Public Transport 

Instead of partnering with one brand, we went in a different direction with this one. Bira would take advantage of public transport real estate in towns and cities across the UK to capture the public’s attention and bring this hyperlocal campaign to life. 

For the uninitiated, the British Independent Retail Association (Bira) is a trade association for independent retailers in the UK, providing support and helping them to reduce running costs. Making it the perfect candidate for this campaign.

We’ve kept this light, bright and copy-centric, with campaign creative exposing the great stories that dwell inside our independent retailers.  

With indies sometimes overlooked or not found in prime high street locations, this campaign helps people find these hidden gems.
